Refund Policy

Order Fulfillment

We pride ourselves on fast delivery. If your order has not started within 72 hours of payment confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team with your Order ID.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

• The order is already in progress or completed.
• The account or content was deleted or set to private after the order was placed.
• Multiple orders were placed for the same link from different providers simultaneously.
• The link provided was incorrect or broken.

Refill Guarantee

Most of our premium services come with a 30-day Refill Guarantee. If your count drops below the ordered amount during this period, we will refill it free of charge. This is our preferred way of ensuring customer satisfaction.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
